We don't treat your LMS like a random website project. We follow a structured process so you know what is happening, what's next and what decisions we need from you.
What working with us looks like
Discovery call
We understand your teaching model, types of courses and exams, current tools and bottlenecks. You leave this call with a rough idea of what your LMS needs to do—and what it doesn't need to do.
LMS type & module mapping
Based on the call, we map you to one or more LMS types (ExamPrep, Bootcamp, School, Corporate) and shortlist the core, modular and AI features that make sense for you. No feature overload.
Solution blueprint & proposal
We prepare a short blueprint document with your LMS structure, key screens, modules, timelines and pricing. Once you're happy, we sign off and lock the Phase 1 scope.
Kickoff & setup
We set up your LMS tenant, branding, base data model and project tracking. You receive login access to your client portal, where you can see milestones and updates.
Build with weekly updates
We build the LMS in short sprints. Every week, we post a clear update in your client portal with what was done, what's in progress, and what decisions (if any) we need from you.
UAT & training
Once the core flow is ready, your team gets access to a staging version. We fix issues, run test scenarios and train your key team members on how to use the LMS day-to-day.
Launch & support
We go live with your first batch of students. For an agreed period after launch, we stay close—monitoring, fixing issues and making small tweaks so you're confident using the LMS.
You can track everything in your client portal
Instead of chasing us on WhatsApp or email, you get a simple portal where you can see project status at any time.
